Day 1: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh
07:30: Pick up from the hotel. Take two-hour boat trip to visit the floating fish farm and floating houses, Cham minority people, and the weaving village. Transfer to boat for departure for Phnom Penh via Vinh Xuong (newly opened) border. Boat departs at 09:30 and arrives at 16:30. Pick up and transfer to hotel. Free for leisure and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Phnom Penh City Tour
At 8:00AM: Sightsee around the busiest city of Cambodia (and the capital) and visit the National Museum, Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and the Killing Fields. Back to the office for lunch. The afternoon trip starts with a visit to Tuol Sleng, Russian Market, Independence Monument and Wat Phnom.
After a short rest, we will join in a boat trip to Tonle Sap and Mekong Rivers. Take a visit to the small community of the fishermen and the floating village located at the north branch of the Mekong River to learn more about their daily lives. Enjoy the sunset on Mekong River.
Day 3: Phnom Penh - Stung Treng
At 7:30AM: After breakfast at the hotel, the air-con bus will depart to Stung Treng. Driving through Kompong Cham City, we continue to Kratie. Stop for lunch and rest along the way. Enjoy the view and witness the lives of the local as we make our way to Stung Treng. Check in on arrival. Free evening and overnight stay.
Day 4: Stung Treng - Voeung Kham (Laos)
At 7:30AM: After breakfast, we transfer to the boat dock. Speed boat takes us up the Mekong River to the border for immigration and customs. Bus transfer to Voen Kham.

- A/C car or van , boat trip to Phnom Penh, boat trip at Phnom Penh, English speaking tour guide, three breakfasts, all transfers, hotel accommodation based on two people sharing Twin room (Twin or Double).

Children policy
Child discount:
- Under 2 years: Free of Charge
- From 2 to 5 years old: 50% of adult's fare
- From 5 to 12 years: 75% of adult's fare
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be charged as follow:
- More than 7 days prior to trip departure. No charge.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 10% charge
- Within 5 days before arrival: 40% charge
- Within 3 days before arrival: 60% charge
- Within 48 hours before arrival: 100% charge
Final payment is due 2 days in advance of the tour.
These payments are due in our office or submitted online 3 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 2 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Mekong Tours may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
Except if otherwise agreed by Mekong Tours, Client's payment shall be executed by cash, credit card or traveller's cheques. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply (3% of the card holder). In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Mekong Tours bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to must be paid by the Mekong Tour Client/Agent.
Payment will be settled through our bank account at least 2 days before arrival.
Refund of Unused services
No refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
Voucher
Voucher will be issued by Mekong Tours after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger.
Liability and Insurance
Mekong Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Should this occur, we will endeavour to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
